Conference Room Hire

Do you need a meeting or training room for up to 40 people? OptiCal Sciences offer a luxury conference room service, with optional refreshments, catering and the ability to customise your room layout to your requirements.

Our large conference and training room facility with break-out lounge area can be customised to fit your requirements.

In addition to our excellent equipment, we offer various room layouts including 'boardroom', 'horseshoe', 'theatre' and 'classroom'.
Formal seating with tables and chairs can be arranged to accommodate up to a maximum of 22 delegates. Alternatively, a theatre style arrangement without tables is available to accommodate up to a maximum of 40 delegates. Please indicate your preferred seating arrangement on application and add any further requirements or instructions.

Room hire includes the use of flipchart, whiteboards (x2) and projector screen.

Please note that our normal opening hours are 8.30am - 4.45pm. Events starting before 8.30am or ending after 4.30pm will incur an additional charge.


 

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

We are currently certificated to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 by Intertek Group PLC, who are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). UKAS, as an accreditation body, work with other similar bodies around the world to ensure that the standard of auditing is uniform and adequate. Some certification bodies do not have this accreditation and therefore the standard of their auditing has not been independently verified.
